成考中分值占比较高的题型主要是阅读理解以及作文。阅读理解解题需要从以下几个方面入手：
容易理解的短文选择先读再做题；先看标题，带着问题有目的地在文章中找答案；阅读第一段和尾段以及每段的开头和结尾，一般文章在这些内容上都是表达主体的，阅读清楚了也就掌握了文章的核心意义。
提升作文分值的有效方法就是多写多练。可以多看作文参考范文，学习作文的写作思路、写作方法。
总结，一般来说多背单词，掌握词汇量，熟悉语法，保持语感，通过英语考试是没有问题的。
